1964 by Jean
Jean Claude Decaux who had an innovative vision: to combine outdoor advertising with street furniture.
In June 1999
JCDecaux aquired Grupo Havas Media Communicación, subsequently relaunching it as
JCDecaux Outdoor Communication.
A strong commitment to creating
